Although stealing is not an official skill and thus not require skill points, it can only be performed by the player character. Stealing is no different from interacting with containers, except that if the player is caught, it has consequences. The stat Finesse, determines the chance of success. At 10 finesse, there is still a 5% chance of getting caught.
