Necalli is the only warrior who can be recruited during Expeditions: Conquistador. When Fortaleza de Gutiérrez is restored and the tavern upgrade is completed, it's possible to recruit this native warrior at some point in the Totonac storyline. When Protect the Envoy and Raze the Farms is only started, it's possible to recruit him, though it might be earlier.
